Membership is based on monthly recurring payments.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
To cancel your membership, you must submit a written 30-day notice. Failure to provide notice will result in continued billing for the following month.
3. Membership Access
Members retain access only to content built specifically for them during their active membership period.
Upon cancellation or termination, access to all resources, materials, and membership features will be revoked.
4. Prohibited Activities
No Sharing or Copying Content: All content provided through the mentorship is proprietary and may not be shared, copied, or distributed without explicit written consent.
No Spamming or Pitching Services: Members are prohibited from spamming other members or pitching their own services within the community.
Violations of this policy may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.
5. Conduct and Termination
Members are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully in all group sessions, workshops, and communications.
Momentum Mastery reserves the right to terminate any membership if conduct is deemed unbecoming or violates these Terms of Service.
Terminated members forfeit access to all services and resources without refund.
6. Liability Waiver
All services, including coaching, workshops, and resources, are provided on an "as-is" basis.
Momentum Mastery and its coaches are not liable for specific outcomes, results, or decisions made based on mentorship guidance.
Members are responsible for implementing and evaluating the information provided.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials, resources, and content provided through Momentum Mastery Mentorship remain the sole intellectual property of Momentum Mastery.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.
8. Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States.
9. Amendments to Terms
Momentum Mastery reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Members will be notified of any changes, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
